Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable sportswear and non-marking court shoes. Many players wear padel specific gear, but it’s not required. Dress like you’re ready to move, sweat, and win.

Do I need to bring my own racket?

Yes bring your Padel racket. If you don’t own one, let us know in advance and we may be able to assist with a loan. We’ve got you covered where we can.

What time should I arrive?

Players must arrive by 12:45 PM for check-in and warm-up. Matches start promptly at 1:00 PM. Early birds get a smoother start (and better warm-up vibes!).

What’s the tournament format?

You’ll play in a group stage followed by knockout rounds. All matches are 20 minutes, and the day ends with a grand final and photo ceremony. Full schedule will be shared with all players before the event.

How are pairs chosen?

You enter as a pair. If you don’t have a partner, let us know we may be able to match you with another solo player of similar level if available.

Can I bring friends to watch?

Absolutely. Spectators are welcome to support, film, and cheer. Just make sure they respect the venue rules and vibe.

Is there a refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another player. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event to update the player list. In exceptional cases (e.g. injury, emergency), contact us directly we’ll always try to help
