What is your refund policy?

We can provide a full refund up to 14 days before the event starts.

Can you provide a VAT receipt?

Yes, email heritagevolunteeringgroup@gmail.com and provide details of what you need and we will respond.

Do you offer a corporate ticket for multiple attendees?

No, tickets are purchased on an individual basis

Can I purchase one ticket and share with my colleagues?

HVG is a charity and the money raised through the conference enables us to deliver our work, we therefore ask all attendees to purchase an individual ticket for themselves

Can I purchase a ticket for one day?

Tickets are exclusively full-event passes. This offers exceptional value for money, allowing attendees access to the complete range of sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities across all days. It also provides access to recordings of all of our sessions enabling you to catch up afterwards
